for the celebration of Spring Festival, Chinese Lunar New Year (The
Year of Dragon) at Bullock Creek High School on Saturday, January
21, 2012. It is the same location as last year.
Spring Festival,
Chinese Lunar New Year, commonly referred to just Chinese New Year,
is the largest and most important annual festival celebrated by
Chinese and Chinese descendants around the world. The TCCA
committee, many of our members and volunteers are working very hard
to put together an enjoyable party for everyone!
Here are the details of
the Spring Festival:
1. Date:
Saturday, January 21, 2012
2. Time:
Dinner starts at 5:00 p.m.
** TCCA provides dishes catered by local restaurants.
Dinner includes seafood, pork, chicken, beef, vegetables, and
several other traditional Chinese dishes.
Celebration Performance starts at 7:00
p.m.
** The celebration features a variety of performances including
singing, dancing, traditional music, talent show, etc.....
Prize! Prize! Prize!
** Will have multiple prize drawings
Clean up from 9:30 p. m. to 10:00 p. m.

4. Things to Bring:
We ask that each member
family please bring fruit, or dessert, or one of your favorite
dishes to share with others.
5. Membership
Renewal and Registration for year 2012:
Membership fees are due
at check-in. Registration desks are set up at the
entrance for everyone to renew/register their memberships for 2012.
The membership fee schedule is:
$30 per family for up to 4 people ($5 per additional family member).
For example, if there are 6 people in your family, the
total is $40 ($30+ 2x$5).

per single adult
$10 per student
** the membership covers not only the ticket
to the New Year celebration, but also other TCCA events throughout
2012, including but not limited to Dragon Boat
Festival, Summer Outing, Moon Festival events.
6. Fee for Guests:
The dinner and performance show are free to members, performers, and
volunteers. The fee for guest is:
$8 per person
$5 per Chinese international student
$ 4 for children 6 and under
Free for children 2 and under
** Once
registered, a special name tag will be issued to you and your family
members as the proof of registration.
7. Prizes Drawings:
One raffle ticket will
be issued per member family or registered / paid non-members /
guests. Please keep this raffle ticket at all time.

delicious Chinese food, cultural performance, meeting old and new
friends, and have a great time!
