Chinese Association Sponsorship Letter

Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Tri-City Chinese Association (TCCA) has grown in the
past 30+ years into the largest Chinese organization in the Tri-City area of
Michigan – Midland, Saginaw, Mount Pleasant, and Bay City. The objetives of TCCA
have always been to promote fellowship, harmony, communication and service among
members, to encourage mutual understanding between Chinese and American
cultures; and to support the Tri-City Chinese School and other Chinese related
community activities.
With these goals in mind, TCAA conducts scheduled events
including a Dragon Boat Festival, a Summer Picnic, a Moon Festival, and a
Chinese New Year Celebration. All these annual events are open to
sponsors, members, and visitors who are interested in fellowship and are
seeking to enhance their understanding of Chinese and American customs and
traditions. The recently held New Year Celebration drew an estimate of 500
people, a strong testimony on TCCA success in achieving these goals.
To make these events possible and enjoyable, the
association seeks financial sponsorship annually. One method is for businesses
to advertise in the association’s membership directory. We are in the process of
updating the 2007 membership directory and we ask you to sponsor this year by
advertising your business in our membership directory. Listed below are the
levels of sponsorship to match your business advertising need with us:
Gold Sponsor: $450 for one full page, color, on the
back cover page or on the inside of the front or back cover page.
Silver Sponsor: $250 for one full page, black /
white, inside of front or back cover page.
Bronze Sponsor: $125 for one full page, black /
white, within the directory.
Participating Sponsor: $75 for one-half page, black
/ white.
Web Sponsor: $50 for advertising on the TCCA website

Your financial contribution, along with membership dues
from local families who are predominantly Chinese, will make it possible for the
association to continue its rich tradition and service to the commnuity. In
return, your business will be on our regular email communication list.
